Literature Text

Fuel the anger
Feed the fire
You're now a stranger
A traitor, a liar

You made me believe
Your lies were true
Now you should leave
I'm through with you

Memories of the past
Remain locked away
Our friendship wouldn't last
When you acted that way

You acted wrong
Attacking a friend
Who you've known for so long
Now across the line you stand

Take my advice
Feed the fire
Then run like mice
You traitorous liar!
I wrote this two months ago when a couple of my friends turned on another friend. The poem is about betrayal and anger.

*Note: the title was supposed to be Feed the Fire (Traitor) but sadly you can't have parenthesis in titles =( oh well.... ^^;

Wow, you bring this feeling of anger across really well with your words. I really don't wanna be that other person ;)

And yes, that ban on parenthesis in titles is really annoying
